The freelance Account Helpdesk Agent…

  • Works from home, no commute required.
  • Answers customer queries through email or phone. Queries typically relate to customer service, contracts and billing.
  • Works hours to suit them.
  • Completes training, with a “sign off” before you start answering customer queries.
  • Has access to support for questions on processes or systems.
  • Training through learning and developing platform.

Fluency in English plus one or more of the following:  German, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch 

Other European languages will be considered.
